DNNSharp is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to DNNSharp or guarantee that your information on the DNNSharp Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or managerial safeguards. When you enter sensitive information (such as log in credentials) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security, DNNSharp will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

Your Choices About Your Information.

For current DNNSharp customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that DNNSharp keeps on file by logging into your account to update your password and billing information. Alternately (for data subjects tracked by DNNSharp and former DNNSharp customers), you can contact us directly at support@dnnsharp.com. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly. If you wish to opt-out of being tracked by DNNSharp analytics software, you can do so from your User management account. Data protection law gives you a range of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data. In this regard, you have the right to request that we rectify or delete the personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data, if you think they are inaccurate. Furthermore, you have the right to object against the processing based on our legitimate interests as a legal basis. We are required to assess and act on your request. Additionally, you also have the right to data portability if it should become relevant. You have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our Retention Of Your Information.

(a) If you have an account with DNNSharp, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
(b) If you are a visitor to the DNNSharp Sites we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our Sites.

Children’s Privacy.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, DNNSharp does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link or advertisement on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies.
Social Media Widgets: Our Site includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, our Chat bot and other widgets, that run on our Site. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the organization providing it.

All changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
